O Happy Day! The Beast Makes the Book!

Under "This ain't happening" department I wish one of the local FMs would pick up the NASCAR broadcasts.

and under "I never thought I'd hear myself saying this" category: "I'm pricing satellite radio and its many options for the first time."
 
It would be nice if an FM grabbed MRN. I can't tell you how many times, I've wanted to check in on a race just to be hit with a blast of static from the 1010 signal. And of course it happened again this weekend when I tried to keep up on the NFC championship game while running a quick errand. I was on St. Pete Beach and it faded in and out. Luckily I hit my destination in time for the 4th quarter.
