OK, so O-Rock's doing the "we play what you want" thing. Yeah, right. Worked at too many stations to know that there is still a playlist going on here. However, I'm disturbed that there isn't a AAA or Jack format here...are we so hick that we don't see the future? Can I listen to "Jane" by the Barenaked Ladies followed by Linkin Park?? Um, YES. But I had to travel to Chicago to get it. Orlando is SO out of it....

Yet there is the web, XM/Sirius and Ipods available which make the trip seem not so necessary. Yes indeed, the future is here. Until more HD actvity rolls into town, you can doubt that our future will be revolving around FM radio.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but once upon a time WMMO was AAA. The best bet for AAA here is the Spectrum on Sirius Satellite Radio.

Have XM. Completely enjoy the diversity. I'm just sorry that terrestrial (spelling??) radio down here hasn't figured it out. And what's up with Mix?? I can't stand to listen to them any more. Please, PD, decide if you're 80's, 90's or jumping format.

Come to think of it...an all 80's format would be very interesting.

We have an all 80's over here in Brevard but not sure how far the reach is. I think it's around 99.7.

Their tower in located in Vero...probably too far away, unfortunately.

It's 99.7 WGNX. Their signal does reach into Orange and Osceola countys depending on the weather conditions. Their not an all 80's station however. Their current slogan is "The best of the 80's, 90's and more". The more means some late 70's and some of this decade, but I have not seen any currents on their playlist as of yet.
