Oasis FW scoop

A friend of a friend has shared an upcoming opening with me at this cluster. Is it worth a move for a downstate Hoosier? Any thoughts on how committed Oasis is to the Summit City after closing on 'KLU?

Ever hear the expression that everything is for sale for the right price? I'm sure if someone offered Oasis (or most any other owner) enough money, he'd sell in a heartbeat. These days it's all about the dollars... commitment be damned.

I'm not sure of Russ' commitment to stay in the area but like 'jo-nathan' said, "everything is for sale for the right price". Russ is in the biz to make money, not friends so your job could be on the line at any moment. Russ can be a tough man to work for but that's mainly because his jocks and stations are his product and he won't let that be sub par. As long as you aren't a slacker and actually want to DO your job, he's not all that bad. But again, no matter how good you are, money is money and any product can be bought.

I know there have been quite a few management changes there in the past year so things may have changed but formerly the cluster had MAJOR morale issues. I'm assuming the movement of Scott Roddy to Indy a while back helped since he was the source of most of those issues... but I can't be sure.
