Obit: James Mitchell (All My Children), at 89

Mitchell had played 'Palmer' off and on since 1979, and had just appeared January 5 for AMC's 40th anniversary ep. He had previously done soap roles on The Edge of Night and Where the Heart Is, and had performed and taught dance in earlier years. Mitchell died yesterday in L.A. of COPD and pneumonia.
