Obit: Wayne Thomas at 77; voice of 'red light, green light' for Engineer Bill

Re: Obit: Wayne Thomas at 77; voice of 'red light, green light' for Engineer Bi

Wayne Thomas was also the announcer for "Million Dollar Movie" in the 60's, a program that ran the same movie during the week in different dayparts, a unique idea for the time and one that is used by cable networks today.

I remember when Channel 9 ran their Saturday matinee horror movies, which Thomas also served as announcer, they used an eerie piece of music entitled "Out Of This World", composed by Harold Arlen as the theme. I don't know which recording was used, but I never forgot it.
