Observation on KPRC-TV vs. its sister stations

ABC O&O KTRK in Houston has two 720p's along with a 480i. Not a good arrangement; OTA viewers complain bitterly (on another forum) about all the digital artifacts and crunched bandwidth.
 
Those of us who have watched satellite TV for years can tell you about crunched bandwidth. You can really tell in what is supposed to be smooth shading and also any scene with choppy surf.
