Observer blogger and Fan host says Russ heading to Eagle Mornings

No chance the RMS starts out in the 6-10a slot with future plans to move it to 3-7p?
Seems like a no-brainer ... and a perfect on-air "conflict with the brass" to start with as a bit, the campaign to move to afternoons.
 
I've listened to a lot of Dallas radio since 1968. I've never listened to a bit that took 30 minutes.

noun:
a small piece or quantity of anything: a bit of string.
a stereotypic or habitual set of behaviors, attitudes, or styles associated with an individual, role, situation, etc.: the whole Wall Street bit.

idiom:
quite a bit, a fairly large amount: There's quite a bit of snow on the ground

If you need 30 minutes to do this one bit and be funny, you might not be very funny to begin with.

Whatever format you are working in...that's actually bordering on obnoxious and overbearing. Perhaps that's why only a handful of people hung around for the whole air shift?
