Some actual crazy changes in the September and October Book. Talk about compression. 4.8 is good for number one 6+. 20 stations are between a 2.8 and 4.8.
6+ October had KISW on top, WARM, KIRO and KUOW. In prime 6a-7p demos 25-54 JACK and KIRO-AM have been your big winners the past couple of months. Both coming from nowhere six months ago into the top five in adults joining KISW, KZOK, KPLZ and KUOW.

KISW dominated in every male demo from 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 and also won adults. KPLZ dominated every female demo 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54. Adults went to KISW, JACK, KZOK, KIRO-AM and KPLZ in prime dayparts and demos. Not a ton of change except the huge growth of JACK and KIRO-AM. KIRO-FM and WARM did well 6+, but most of that is 55+. Most likely explains why KIRO dumped their morning show and WARM fired the entire airstaff and PD.

In mornings guys went to KISW, women to KPLZ and Adults overall to KUOW in prime demos Big growth for KTTH and even KVI thanks to the election. Get ready Christmas music is just around the corner. Wonder who will win that one? Will KRWM start earlier this year to get rolling with their new staff? Might be a good stunt to get the station rolling in a new direction? Wonder if anyone else will join the Christmas bandwagon.
 
If KRWM starts this WEEK with the "Santa" button I will scream...

Ah you forgot to mention that Danny and Sarah were #1 25-54 adults the last week of the October Book. Danny and Sarah have shown nothing but amazing consistant growth in Morning Drive...duly noted ;D
 
Very true. Over the last three months KZOK mornings has pulled ahead of KJR-FM and finishes top five most weeks along with KISW, KUOW, KPLZ in the adults 25-54 demo. CBS has to be happy with the renewed performance of KZOK in mornings and JACK. Pretty big change from six months ago. Fun to see a bit of change.
Is Danny drawing audience from Rivers, BJ Shea? He seems to be beating both shows in recent weeks and Rivers most of the time. Kudo's to CBS.

Now if KMPS can get turned around it would be like the days of the Diary. They also appear to be coming on a bit against the WOLF, which has dropped.
 
Danny, Sarah, Will and Mike are in a very nice groove. The Show is topical, audience involvement, fun and a nice change for Seattle Mornings. The fact the Danny has backed of screaming at me and is now talking to me has been a huge difference. I want news I go to Hersh I want fun I go to Danny and Sarah.
 
LOL, well Danny has really TONES it down to the point of conversation much better approach and its working. As for your wife . . .
