October Chicago Radio Ratings

WMVP's ratings keep dropping, but I guess they bill well enough.

Maybe. The main thing is they give ESPN a radio presence in Chicago, and it drives people to ESPNChicago.com. Those are good for Disney. They have Good Karma operating the station, and sometimes these are good deals. Cumulus had a similar deal in Dallas, and they just walked away. The share for KESN is about the same as WMVP.

Good points--thanks.

As predicted, WCHI debuts at #9 in both 25-54 and 18-49. Somebody's listening. An improvement from country.

That's higher than the 10th to 11th I anticipated.

Re:

95.5's good fortune won't last. By January, their rank in 18-49 and 25-54 will be much lower. We'll see if my prediction comes true.

I will certainly concede that their debut produced stronger numbers than I expected.
