IMO the most overperforming and underforming stations in October both are from the same cluster...CBS.
KLUC moving up a full share 4.6-5.6 to 3rd place is very impressive to me considering they are in an extremely competitive 4 way race. No matter what combination of competition they get through the decades they always hang in there.
KXNT taking a step backwards 2.5-2.0 to 22nd place is surprising to me. They just can't get this thing going. They sound better and tighter formatically in the breaks between show segments and the "live and local" PM drive show sounds good. Maybe it will take more time.I wonder what their weekend ratings are like with all those boring public affairs sounding shows? I would guess below a 1 share. Check out talk KFI-AM #1 in L.A, totally different situation here.
