Odd Charter TV Guide Mixuo

I was looking in the listings for Charter's TV Guide and found an odd mixup. For Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer on CBS Saturday night at 8 PM ET instead of the classic special they have the 1948 cartoon that is on public domain DVDs. Is that happening anywhere else? Thanks!

Looks like it's a Tivo/Rovi/TV Guide/Gemstar (whatever you want to call them these days) problem. My Tivo has the public domain one as the one that is airing (which obviously uses the TV Guide data since it's owned by the same company now), but my Comcast guide (which, IIRC, uses Gracenote guide data, after having poor data feeds from Tivo/TV Guide) has the correct version.

Yet another example of why I need to ditch the Tivo and move to X1!
