Odd signal on 1360 in Ft. Worth

I was listening to 1360 while going through FW this afternoon around 3 pm. As I pulled off of I-20 onto Hulen I noticed another signal taking over the rational radio signal. It was MSNBC with host David Shuester. Seemed to be live off the MSNBC tv feed.

Came in very strong around Hulen and Bellaire almost wiping out KMNY. When I went back to my car later on it was after sunset so 1360 was nothing but static by then.

Anyone know if this is some sort of new pirate or what is going on?
