Ok.... So Odessa/Midland is now market 187 and in 2007 will have a total of 4 books instead of two. My question is will this help stations in this market? Why did arbitron change this? Could this help the market in general?

Will more ratings help stations, you are asking?......no... I don't believe more ratings will make Midland/Odessa radio any better... pft.
