O'Donnell On Computers... end of the road?

Listeners to Bob O'Donnell's long-running "O'Donnell On Technology" show on KSFO (Saturdays, 10a to 1p) heard the news from Bob that KSFO/KGO management had given him: ABC corporate has "requested" that a new financial show be carried starting this coming weekend - from 10a to noon on Saturdays. On KSFO. His time slot being thereby reduced to one hour. During the last 3-hour show on 6 January, Bob didn't clearly indicate if a one-hour show was something he'd consider - but he did ask for listeners to email management at KSFO/KGO and express their views about the coming change... and hinted that perhaps a different time slot and/or station (KGO?) might be in the picture.

I sent in my email - as a long-time listener and fan of his show I hope he manages to get his 3-hour slot back somewhere, and at a decent time of day. Saturdays at 10a was about perfect as computer (and other tech) questions could get answered with plenty of time left to hit the stores if a purchase to fix the problem in question was required.

More info at Bob O'Donnell's http://www.everythingtechnology.com/ site...
