Off Network Shows and Movies fed by Satellite

I know that Sony Television block and daily feeds The Nanny followed by Mad About You in that order. Sony also feeds a weekend "Crime Time/Mystery" movie to many of the same stations who carry the before mentioned comedy hour. Just look to see which of your local stations is unloading the Brian Bosworth stinker Stone Cold on you this next weekend. Sadly, the movies don't get much better week to week. Most are in dire need of some sort of Mystery Science Theatre 3000 treatment. The primary sponsor of the weekend movie is TV Atlas (tvatlas.com), hawking DVD and CD collections. Does anyone else know what network re-runs and Hollywood movies and satellite fed to stations on a daily or weekend basis?

Most programs that are cash-plus or straight barter syndication are delivered by satellite. This has been common for the past 20-plus years. However, some distributors including Warner Bros. and CBS, are now using the Pathfire system to deliver programs to stations.
