OFF-TOPIC TV QUESTION

anyone know how long WZTV-17, WUXP-30, and WNAB-58 are going to remain in
"nightlight" mode? Being a total nerd about this stuff, I'd like to see them actually
pull the plug on the analog transmitters. Also...WHTN-39 and WJFB-44 turned off
their analog before the original date...anyone know the dates they turned 'em off?

On Nov. 23rd, WJFB filed a Legal STA indicating their analog transmitter had failed and replacement parts were unavailable. One might presume they'd been dark for a few days prior to that while they tried to determine whether the transmitter could be repaired.

WHTN's DTV Transition Report says they were going to turn off their analog on Jan. 20th.

I don't know about the Sinclair stations but I suspect they'll be going away sooner rather than later...

Chris so YOU'RE the one who watches MY and the CW. I wondered who it was and nobody at any trailer park in Lavergne would own up to it. Was it the hour long car dealer infomercails you want to see in hi def?

no, I want to see them turned OFF in analog. re-read the post: I never mentioned watching the programming, or the digital signals.
