I really enjoyed him and Lisa Rayam paired up at 5pm back in the day. This incident has got me thinking about Warren Savage, too. I wonder how he's doing...

Don't know much about those guys except I've seen them on air. But, I've met Lisa Rayam
and she is a class act both on and off the air..........one of the best at Fox 5.

Warren is doing well with recovery according to a story that Fredricka Whitfield did for CNN back in November. However, Roy should have just stayed away from Birmingham because it is one of the worst markets I've ever seen for black male news anchors (I should know since it's my hometown). ABC 33/40 laid off current black male anchor, Josh Thomas, back in 2003 claiming budget issues when their chief meteorologist gets paid more than anybody at the entire station, so Hobbs is go as done because it's doubtful if they will bring him back...
