WWLI Someone one new to middays shortly after christmas.I want to say syndication to nights and Art to middays or Syndication to middays but I don't know any popular midday syndication shows.

Now the AM

550 am back on the air.with what who knows.I think bussiness someone suggested but that will be dumb since WPRV is curruntly bussiness.

WPRO We are do for something here.What I dont know.Maybe Dan gone with Matty to middays or Buddy back to Middays with Hannity moving to WPRO.Would make sense to me since Buddy and John are on his Great American panel.Hannity would be a nice fit.


WPRV- I can't see two bussiness stations in this market.I say a flip to spanish talk.

WALE- If there were a nuclear war **** Roaches and rats would rule the air but some how WALE would still be on the air.



WHJJ- YAWN

550 comes back on as a simulcast of WEZE 590 Boston; Salem bought it. Could we see them buy 990 from Arpin, and put their talk hosts on up there as they do with the 990 here in Philly? You never know.
 
WCTK could see a new morning host. Lite will have a new midday host. I hope that Citadel does not use Tanya's dismissal as an excuse to add another voicetracked or syndicated shift.

The only possible change I see at WPRO is a new morning show. DePetro's legal future/law suit status is unclear. I do not see syndication coming to a WPRO daypart outside of late nights/overnights.
 
For now no change to the WCTK morning show. Brian still does traffic but plays a more active role and that may continue and become permanent. It isn't a bad idea. WSNE isn't going live and local mornings. Heidi West is probably laughing at the Tanya thing.
 
I sense lots of changes at WPRO. It wouldn't surprise me if Depetro, Yorke and Cianci are all gone by the end of 2011. It's just a feeling I have.

..what/who do you feel would replace them?

Unless DePetro is behind bars I don't see him being let go, Dan isn't there anyways it sound like most of the time, and unless Buddy drops dead and falls over in his chair on the webcam I don't see him leaving either..hell they even air a best of Buddy...they never did that for Dan.

Depetro sounds like he's about to leave. Between his gig in DC and this problem with the law I keep hearing about, it seems like he'll be out the door one way or another soon. I actually predict Cianci dropping dead. He smokes like a chimney and I feel some sort of health problem coming along for him. Just a hunch I'm feeling tonight. Something is up with Dan too. I can't pinpoint it, but I don't see him at the station in a year. I think something unexpected is going to happen. Keep this post and let's take a look at it again in a year.

As far as replacements go..... I can't say.

Jim Hummel has always done well in a fill in role, I could see him replacing Dan at least.
