OHP-Sunday w/Kane

Been checking out Open House Party Sunday version with Kane and this show is so HOT. I have never heard Kane before but have heard that he always had a very entertaining show. Was thinking if this might be a good fit for Kiss FM. Check it out if you haven't heard it online at www.933flz.com

yeah this guy does a great job. talk about ENERGY hes got it. relates perfectly to the target demographic too. he should really be doing the saturday night show, and john should be doing the sunday night one.

Yeah i agree, I also checked out the sat night show this weekend and there was no fire in John's voice. John was good back in the day but I think he has lost it. Kane does a great show though!

The Saturday night show is from boston with John and the sunday night show is from tampa and is hosted by Kane

Yes he left XM, came back to FLZ to do pm drive and took on sunday nights on OHP
 
2 reasons why OHP will never be on Kiss

1. Time difference, yes i know it is on satellite and replays later in the night for other time zones, but it just wont fly in a market skewed rhythmic. You could put a pop oriented show on one of the stations here but it wont fly especially if its not live.

2. Slow Jams...Sunday nights in this town have been slow jam and oldies driven dedication shows as long as I can remember, especially on the CHR dial. Again, demographics. And R-Dub has a great reltionship with both PDs at KKFR and KZZP, so even if Kiss dropped him in favor of Kane, which IMHO is a dumb move, especially since both shows are syndicated thru Superadio, R-dub would get scopped up by Power and blow Kane out of the water in ratings.
