If memory serves, 106.1 in Philly just moved to this format last month; they were playing-ironically enough-Christmas music a few days before and saying they'd debut a new format after the holidays.(Element9 made mention of this.)

Chalk me up as someone who agrees that ending the JOY moniker was a MAJOR mistake on 96.1's part.
