Where did all these translators come from? I Mean like where was 104.5 before it became LA MEJOR?
Where was 92.5 before it became LA CALLE? Where was 94.1 before it became LA NUEVA? 106.1? 98.7?

All these have a decent signal here in houston. Why didn't anyone use them before? Why didn't any bigger companies try to use them before?

Like Iheart could had purchased this translator and used it to have LA MEJOR being their own.

Or CBS RADIO could had used one of these translators to have LA GRANDE on it.

In a nutshell, many of the translator owners do things in ways that the large group owners simply can't. They have too much at stake to risk lack of candor issues with the Commission.
