OK, it's 3AM....insomnia

has been a problem of late with me. What do you listen to when you can't sleep?
Lately my choice has been Chuck Conrad's excellent stream of his LPFM, QX-FM.

I quite often listen to KERA's overnight BBC coverage. Something about a british voice is soothing. (I used to do the same as a kid when BBC was only on SW, they would sign off of 6175 about 3 AM and I was awaked to background noise).

If people speaking is not your cup of tea then WRR has a very good overnight set also.
