JV is getting another crack at radio.....and in a related story Larry Holmes has decided to try another comeback in boxing.
Some laughing stock losers of this planet just never know when their time has past. LOL

Never worked for Michael but know of him and we work for the same company. And yes, I hated those loser, all-hype no-talent JV and Elvis as well. Seems others finally got wise and agreed with me as they are now working in fastfood where they belong. Looking forward to Woody and crew joining them soon. Although I'm beginning to realize some of the appeal of the Woody show to CBS this morning as I see they work real cheap.

Speaking of the haters, I wonder how the Woody show will handle the news after talking so much trash about JV and the Doghouse a little over a year ago. It's going to be interesting to see if they decide to say anything else since JV is actually in the bay now...but then again Woody might do what he did last time and send JV an apology letter after saying anything on air about him and his show.

Kenny will say that JV is nothing compared to the greatest morning team in the history of radio - Ron and Cammy. He prays for their return to Bay Area airwaves, and kisses his autographed picture of Cammy Blackstone before he turns out the light each night.

Clear Channel is in dire financial straits, perhaps on the brink of bankruptcy. The layoffs last month are part of a "process," meaning more layoffs are coming, perhaps sooner than we think. No offense to JV but it's sort of a who got fired so he could get hired question. You wonder what many former Bay Area Clear Channel employees must be thinking. I don't know if it's fair but I wonder if it's worth it. If you idolize JV, as it appears some of you on this thread do, I'm not sure you can answer that question fairly. I wish JV luck, but it seems almost bittersweet.
