Okay this isn't exactly upsetting the cart, but....

Well, those on this board spend too much time thinking about Rick Marino and other trivial things and not enough time listening. ;D

It happened today at roughly 3:25P on WJXA aka MIX 92.9 Nashville's #1 rated broadcasting entity and THE home for Lite Rock Favorites and no one from our RI group of friends even noticed....I didn't check the exact log-in on yes.com...anybody care enough to solve this most incredible milestone by being the first poster
to name what happened gets a free Sonic coupon from Sarge (maybe.) ok. Doubtful.

AC/DC next. I feel it. (Oh, that's Sarge's foot...) Click.

They didn't play Rupert Holmes' "Escape" once during a 24-hour period? ::)

(For what it's worth, WJXA played Club Nouveau's "Lean On Me" on Thursday at 3:25 PM, according to Yes.com.)

Chris ~ what do you know about this Country AC format? Nothing. Don't start this lightning round with THAT attitude. ;D

DToTheJ ~ you are close. Look at 3:29! My fault. I did finally look it up, but just knew it was somewhere around 3:25. And nobody was there to rejoice.

Kings of Leon

I knew that "Lean On Me" by Club Nouveau is no big deal, because that one has been an airplay staple of 92.9 for years! But I still wish they would occasionally play the long version, the one that goes into "Pump it Up!" at the end! 8)

Kings of Leon - sounds like the Psychodelic Furs, only 20 years too late. 92 point 9 would have jumped on it eventually. Still, it could be a test record.
