thanks for posting this, great stuff. i loved listening to those guys and i had the opportunity to work for Carol Dedman at Real Radio in the mid 90s.

You gotta love the drunken Ron Jeremy lookin' dude at the end that says that DIZ is the best and better than 96 or 102 (Z-102....now 102 Jamz)
i recall alan edwards saying on z102, the music you grew up with.......station flamed out fast.
baxter and mark were great, i remember mike lyons and carren sheldon with the rude awakening before them. diz was the first station to try 'shock jocks' if memory serves. lyons knew the music and was funny in a dry sort of way. Baxter and mark took it a step further. I remember a contest they used to do - baxter and mark made me do it.....i picked up a few minor league baseball tickets in that contest.
lineup back then followed with kathy taylor and mick dolan.....ah, the good old days of orlando radio.

I was able to sucessfully instigate two "Hideous Wakeup Calls" on friends in the late 80's ... both times my friends were going to new jobs out of Florida when suddenly, "we regret to inform you the position has been canceled" ... that, plus the Thanksgiving Parades, Marker 38 in T'Ville ... good times for sure. Where are B&M today?
