Old CNN Headline News Stations

WFMZ-TV69, Allentown (and elsewhere in the Philadelphia TV market on cable) carried half-hour segments from Headline News several times a day during the early 90s. The station also used CNN material on their local newscasts and fed stories to CNN.

I miss Headline News. Heck, I miss old, original CNN. Even ANC was better than no news and stupid talk.

Maybe someday CBSN will get its act together.

Well as of 2018 CBSN and Newsy have taken the place for national news channels but this time on the TV apps. Also CBSN segments are used on local news on CBS O&O's and CW Affiliates owned by CBS for national news.

I don't think you can make CNN or HLN take their old objectives back though.
