Old downtown Dallas translator

I know this is pretty much off the wall, but it crossed my mind and I can't find any record of it. Back in the 80's 106.1 had a translator on 106.3 to help with downtown coverage. I think it was during the KTKS era (84 to 1987) but maybe it spilled over into the Oasis days; supposedly the antenna was on the 2001 Bryan Tower building. Anyone else remember this?
