Looks like the famous Grayland Motel and Cottages, more recently known as the Breakwater Inn, has been sold again.
Sold on 12-17-2020 for $750K, selling in only 26 days.

This was used often for DXpeditions over many, many years. They always welcomed DX'ers and their many antennas (including 1000+ foot Beverages). It closed a few years ago, when the manager died. A couple from "the big city" has been working to restore it, and now has sold it, with some work to still be done.
They said they would continue to welcome us radio lovers. I hope the new owners will, too.
