I drove by the KRLS/TSN building on 183 and Mockingbird yesterday and saw some construction on the building. Does anyone know what it's becoming now.
 
If there's construction, then permitting has to have been involved. Have you considered contacting the appropriate Planning Department to see what was applied for?
