I guess I was just a little bored tonight, but feel pretty fortunate to have found these old KZZP Airchecks that someone had posted online:

I know KUKQ was already in full swing during that time...wonder how they felt about the show. I have some cassettes of The Edge 106.3 when they first came about in 92, and it was the same type of imaging.

BY doing it the way you are, you're fidelity is probably better.justthenumbers said:KMGX said:In my cassette library, I recently uncovered the start of KZZP's 1991 stunting (From KZZP to KVRY)... On a related note, is it worth getting one of those cassette decks that is designed (or at least marketed) to convert tapes to MP3? Or is it best to just save the money and hook up a traditional deck through the line-in jack on a computer? Up to this point, I've been using the latter approach, but it just seems to take so much time due to the need to use audio-editing software, adjust the audio levels for each tape, etc.
Ideally, I'd like to be able to pop in a tape, have the MP3 created, and move on to the next tape.
