Old/New Equity building question

I noticed that a new company from Los Angeles bought the old Equity property on Shackleford and have remodeled it some. I just happened to be nosing around and took a peek inside and notice what looked to be a radio studio. NOT CABLE TV CONTROL ROOM.

I've heard that "The Streets 101.1" might be moving in over there. Anyone heard anything about this or that?

Keepin' on top of the gossip???
 
I have heard a new media company was coming into town and was looking to buy a station or two. Don't know the name of the company or if the Equity Building is the first sign of this.
