KFRC's more famous address was 415 Bush Street. Those studios held a LOT of great memories and events...

There was a spa of sorts at 415 Bush that held some very interesting meetings. If only someone had used a hidden camera...

X-100 was located at 530 Bush Street, 7th and 8th floor. It where the French Consulate is located. They have really redone the lobby of the building from those days.

And KOIT was not located on Market St. It was located on Madien Lane, two blocks from Market. KKSF was also located in the same building.
Edited by hitliner on 06/26/05 06:51 PM.

KSFO was in the Fairmont Hotel on Nob Hill. KYA was at the bottom of the Mark Hopkins on Nob Hill. KMPX (107)Tom Donahue's first "underground" was on Green Street. KNBR and NBC were at one time on the 7th floor of the Grosvener Plaza Bldg on the west end of Market Street, but NBC O/O KYUU had their own location elsewhere. KSOL-AM (w/ Sly Stone) was about a block or so off Market. KNEW was at Jack London Square in Oakland. I think country KSAN was there also. I think KFOG was at The Cannery or Ghirardeli Square in the Beautiful Music Days.
