Old School 1010

This sure feels good after the painful loss of Soul 730 in Dallas :D

Old School 1010 has signed on in Atlanta. WDAS-AM Philadelphia and now Old School 1010 Atlanta, A new Generation of Urban Oldies on AM?

I just wonder if Radio One is gonna cause some drama with that logo? It look like the same logo for 94.5 here in the DFW, 95.5 in the STL, and 105.3 in Charlotte...

Yes, thinking about it, this could be a preemptive move against Radio One bringing the Old School brand to Atlanta. This station sounds good but listening last night isn't nearly as deep as WDAS-AM, but who else is? When I was listening the focus seemed to be late 70's/80's

Of course, WALR-FM did do a not very deep at all old school thing a few years back.

Station has a nice sounding stream ;D Definitely the best way to listen even in Atlanta. Good sound but not too many surprises in the music selection.
