Old WKDA AM Christmas card

For those of you who are on the Nash radio web site, I have posted the station Christmas Card for 1969. It's in the pictures section.
It was kinda cool and not as elaborate and polished as those stations have today....well, had up until this year. But our promotions guy designed it and did a heack of a job for the day. buddy sadler

Don't know. Think he just free-handed it. he did all those carcatures (sp) of the kda jocs and news folks I posted somewhere else in the photo section of that site.

back in the old WHIN days..Jeff Preston, who now is a commercial artist, worked the local DQ..he was off the scale talent wise as an artist even then..he did a caracature of tom bowman and myself with our heads on pig bodies and placed them in the front window..not sure what we ever did to the boy to deserve such punishment,,and i was somewhat perturbed at the time as they were dead ringers for each of us..but now..i'd give a kings ransom..or 20 bucks to have that poster back..
