Oldies 101.9

Aye... yes. I was a little thrown off this morning.
I heard Jackson Five when I started my journey to work and was a little thrown off. Then I heard the DJ say "Oldies 101.9 - Best of the 60's and 70's" then it went to Argent and Steely Dan.
Truthfully, I've always considered WKLU more of an Oldies station than an AOR/Classic Rock station. They rarely, if ever, play "harder rock" from the late 70's and 80's.
The only difference I see is adding some 60's music.
But, the things we like about WKLU; the management and DJ's, and the only stopping once an hour... that's questionable.

now they seem to be focusing on hits only which is a minus to me.there are songs that are good that never became hits that deserve airplay.
