Oldies 102.7

I've been reading where WGOR is playing Christmas music and calling itself "Santa 102.7?" Could WGOR dump its Oldies format? Any idea? If a format change is coming soon, any predictions what it would be? The signal isn't too impressive, outside of Augusta I've always had trouble getting it.

Is Oldies 92.7 still on the air?

Yes, WGOR 102.7 has been Santa 102.7 for a couple weeks now, and I myself have been wondering the same thing. But, what would they flip to? Beasley already has Classic Hits, Top 40, Country, Active Rock to name a few. As for WKSX 92.7, they aren't really an oldies station even though they I.D. theirselves that way. They are a cross between Classic Hits and Adult Hits/Variety in my opinion. I've heard AC/DC, Cher, and a bunch of other hits from the the 60's to the 90's on there. They are definately a very innovative station. They throw a pretty good signal into western Lexington county, SC as well. But, we shall see after Christmas if WGOR will try something new.
