Oldies 97.7

Picked up a signal of varying level as I passed thru Kearny Mesa/Clairemont area on hwy. 52 west.
Somewhat stronger on 805 south and weakened as I headed east on I-8.
May be coming from a lower elevation point in the downtown or Golden Hills area.
No ID's, decent audio, playing '60s & '70's , and a few '80s. Walrus should take note...

97.7

It's a 650 watter out of TJ which should cover the south bay pretty well.
East Country should be able to get this too. It sounded OK in Pt Loma. This
could be a reaction to the Walrus going a bit more 80's intensive. The
Walrus sounded pretty good this weekend, but I would listen to
TheMighty690.com for 80's. They spike some nuggets most won't play
and even an occasional 90's jam like Milli Vanilli.

It's not XHTIM-FM. They moved to 90.7 in 2010. Probably a pirate. We have one in Murrieta/Temecula at 101.7 playing EDM off and on. Strongest by the 215/15 split.
