Has anyone heard wraw lately? The christian music/talk is gone. It's now True Oldies 1340. Sounds pretty good with Scott Shannon and music from the 50's, 60's and early 70's. also glad to see they got rid of the WKAP calls and got WRAW back.

that's cool!!! could the lehigh valley be next??? with the WKAP calls as well! on 1320 once again??? congrads to you reading folks out there.....lucky pups!

I doubt Nassau will break up it's sports simulcast to put oldies on 1320. Plus CC has surely parked the calls somewhere to keep them off another valley station.

Now thats some good news. Yes it will be interesting to see who grabs the WKAP calls now (still available as of 10/12). Oldies back to 1320? That would be a SMART move but it won't happen, Nassau is far to smart to drop a money making high profit sports format! Yeah right

I know a lot of offices that have switched off Frank and turned on WRAW. Hmmmm...like I said before, Mr. Musselman better be sprucing up his resume...

I can understand turning off Frank, but for a 1000 watt AM signal? How far from the signal can you go and still get a listenable WRAW indoors?

really? i'm all for oldies back in Reading and i think its great and give three cheers to clear channel, but a lot of offices have turned off frank and put on WRAW? lol i had to laugh at that. this is my demonstration on how to listen to WRAW's signal. go out and buy a 50 dollar GE superradio. put it in the window. try your best to surf between 1300 and 1400 and try to find some distant oldies. then turn the radio 50 million times trying to clear up the static. oops. turn off the flourescent lights to try and cover up the buzz. oops, i'm in a metal building so that's not helping. oh wait. there's the signal for 2 seconds. oops. picking up thunderstorm static. ahh, good, thunderstorm now gone. oh darn. sunset. power just dropped. back to 107.5 LOL

sorry couldn't resist. 1340's signal is nothing short of horrible.
