Oldies in Allentown?

T

Those RRRRs

Guest
Hi...

I'm moving to the suburban Allentown area in March and was wondering if there are any good oldies stations in the Lehigh Valley area or if any oldies AM nighttime signals come in.

Thanks

The Allentown market is without an oldies station.
Depending on your exact location, and your willingness to put up an FM antenna, you may be able to pull in WOGL 98.1 from Philadelphia.
Radio-locator.com also suggests that you might be able to get WARM 590 from Wilkes Barre.
If you're in the Eastern end of the Lehigh Valley (Easton), you may be able to pull in WRNJ 1510 from New Jersey.
Suggestion: To get other ideas, post your request on the Lehigh Valley board.

You can get 98.1 out of Philly strong up to the Turnpike Tunnel, then again strong from the rt 209 exit to about the Hickory Run rest stop. Just did it last night. Gem 107.7 fizzles out between Bear Creek & Rt 80 heading towards Philly.

WAEB AM just launched online streaming oldies
