There's a 1370 in Neilsville, WI (west-central part of the state) that runs 5kw ND days. Adult standards format. They get out fairly well considering the high dial position and generally lousy ground conductivity in that area. Perhaps they're "forgetting" to power down after sunset.
Not sure where you are, but WQLL "Q-1370" in Baltimore has a classic hits format running 24,000 watts at night. Most of that is pointed to the southeast though.
