Oldies Radio 1650 Dissapears.

It looks like the automated top 40 authentic sounding oldies station with great commmercials of the past has disappeared. It seems like some of these internet stations that have been on my presets are fading away. Now that's 3 of them.

....OR....it could be that he is changing it to another server soon.....

Good to hear. But try to tweak up the volume a bit and and get rid of some of those re-recordings like 98.6 Keith. Then it's perfect.

I hate to break it to you, but guys, it's Steve's station and he is going to program it exactly as he wants, just like you program yours exactly like you want.

Meanwhile, it appears KLUV-HD2's feed is working, though not on the radio.com page. I've plugged in the stream URL in Winamp and it works.

We're hanging in there...just got the County Arbitron's and they show KGAF (Memories 1580) as the #1 station in Cooke County 12+ AQH total week, and #1 18+ as well. That's pretty wild considering all of the DFW stations are received in Cooke County like a local.

But then, we subscribe to the philosophy of "give them what they can't get anywhere else" (local, local, local) and it seems to work.

Just retrofitted a retired WFAA TV live truck for our radio remotes. It's awesome, check it out on our website at www.memories1580.com
