Oldies Radio Network

I am still trying to figure it out why Dial Global dumped their Oldies format but kept their Adult Standards format.
I believe Scott Shannon is a great talent. However, I would not be interested in anyone being the total and only 24 hour air talent.

Are their only good Oldies network formats left?

They didn't. They more or less merged Classic Hits and Kool Oldies. The new Classic Hits is basically just like the previous Kool Oldies format...same jocks, same presentation, and more or less the same music with maybe a few more 80s pop hits thrown in the mix.

Cumulus also runs Classic Hits, which resembles the Dial Global brand, in addition to Scott Shannon's True Oldies Channel.

There also used to be a network called Hippie Radio. I'm not sure if that one is still around these days.
