That is BS! I don't know OK that well, but I do know that there is large Indian Reservation that I-35 goes through just south of Norman in the Oklahoma City area. I-35 probably goes through fifteen miles of reservation and development and expansion of the Oklahoma City metropolitan area is blocked from going south because of the reservation.
