olsdes test stream running now

got a five hour stream running in test mode.on ustream...go to ustream rock catagory chuck lundis rock box..i'm listening on a second pc and the volume seems to be fluctuating a bit..and it's not playing in the same time as the broadcast pc is..any body have a experience with this type thingamabob ? commebts..i'd like to fine tune this and go live when that's dne..thanks..pj
 
http://www.ustream.tv/broadcaster/1011913?noFlix here's a link to this stream..i've since corrected the volume glitch. i have a five hour stream that will repeat..i threw it together last month for my 40th class reuinion as background music. once i get the tech side nailed in stone.i'll update the site page and turn to the programming...i have a dedicated pc i can put this on..and -plan to go live fri or sat nights..maybe both..if a few of you guys could give a listen and let me know if it's stable on your end, i'd appreciate it.thanks..pj

Hey Man, do you have to register with a screen name and password? I'd love to listen Dude, but it asks me for a screen name and a pass word. What's up with that?
 
no..my bad on that link..you go to ustream..do a search for chuck lundi..and you'll see the link..but i've taken it off for tonight. this was a test today just to see if i could get it up and off the ground..after a little tweaking..it ran fine for the seven hours i had it up..tomorrow, i''l add some things to it, and run it from a different media player that has compression and other broadcast goodies built in..look for it around six pm or so...it's gonna take me a few days to build five 24 hour sets that will repeat over a five day period..what you hear on a monday..won't repeat until the following saturday..tuesday on sunday..etc..and you can see how that would cycle over a months time..never hear the same song at the same time on the same day..i'll repeat tonights show starting tomorrow and for the next couple of days just to get some reaction..then start on the new sets..so it will be off for several days..lots to mix in with 5000 songs, 500 spots, and 400 jingles..more or less..plus within the next two weeks i should have some personal jingles edited that i'm having cut for me..
