Oscar winning actress Olympia Dukakis has died at 89. Best known for "Moonstruck", she also performed in many other acclaimed film and tv movies. Cousin of 1988 Democratic Presidential nominee Michael Dukakis.
 
Sorry to hear. I liked her in Steel Magnolias back when. She also had a smallish role in Mr. Holland's Opus as the principal of the school where Richard Dreyfuss' Mr. Holland taught that I appreciated her in.
