"Police say the suspect is five-ten, black hair, brown eyes."

One, it's silly to give a suspect's description if police aren't even looking for him within your coverage area.

Two, if you're stupid enough to do it anyway the least you could do is offer the *full* description. The press release says he's black. The officer at the press conference said he's black. Saying he's black isn't going to turn you into a bigot. It's just, you know, doing your job.

Make that "Five-ten, black hair, brown eyes, large exit wound to back of head".

If that's not a distinguishing mark, I don't know what is.
