On Air on 103.7 Birmingham

When time is 103.7 The Q going to air On-Air w/ Seacrest on weekdays? Does this mean Madison is going bye bye (she's really cute by the way)?

107.5 The River in Nashville is cutting Madison back to two hours to make room for Seacrest. It'll probably happen the same way on The Q...

I think Madison is one of the best female jocks out there. She's based at CC Bham...

The Q /Ham (midays)

The Bull /Ham (nights under a different name)

The River / Nash (midays)

The River / Hville (midays)

That's at least all the shifts she does that I know of...

WHY SHE'S GREAT:

- she opens most her breaks with a thought, and not station name..moniker...youre in the middle of 1000000 songs in a row...blablabla. opening with a thought grabs listeners in to what she's saying, other wise she'd just be just a "jock," not a personality.

- she can give you the latest hollywood gossip without sounding like she's reading it right off a prep site. she puts it in her own words.

- when talkin to listeners on the phone, she sounds right there with them. not like..."hey you..im the jock...you're the caller."

- her remotes are killer, mainly cause they dont sound like "remotes." you wont hear..."broadcasting live,"...but somethin like "hangin out." all airstaffers out there...listen to her remotes, and learn!

There's a lot of personalities out there that approach their breaks like Madison...she's just really good at it. I also applaud Clear Channel for making their personaties relatable, and basically taking chesse out of radio. BUT....

WHY CLEAR CHANNEL IS STUPID:

putting Ryan freakin Seacrest in her slot!!!!!!!!!!!!

COME ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The website says On-Air on 103.7 is at 4pm to 7pm. Looks like Madison's slot is safe, but what happens to Keith Allen?

Off topic, but how is Ace and TJ mornings doing in the ratings in Birmingham?

What is interesting about this slot is that it takes not only 2 hours of Keith Allen's shift but also the first hour of Silas' show.
