A legal war has erupted in PHOENIX between RIVIERA Top 40/Rhythmic KKFR (POWER 98.3) and CBS RADIO Top 40/Rhythmic KZON (101.5 JAMZ). KZON morning co-host KRAZY KID STEVENS has filed suit against RIVIERA, KKFR, KKFR PD BRUCE ST. JAMES and KKFR's BOOTLEG KEV for harassment.

I don't know about you, Joe, but if someone showed up at my station wearing Klan garb, printed and disseminated libelous materials aimed at me, and if the PD had issued a letter calling for a war, I might just be doing exactly what Kid is doing.

What BS!!!! This guy has done much worse to other stations and other jocks! Now he's cryin'?!?!?!?! What a fake! Anyone who worked with this whiner knows about his supposed radio war mentality. He acts all hurt & he comes off like a too old white guy. He's just mad that the competition had a better bit than he did.

And by the way does anyone else find any irony in which reporter at channel 3 did the feature? Methinks that this might be a sore spot with Mrs. KKKidd

Since I've never heard of them except for mentions on the board I decided to check out the KZON site. Their history and dedication to the valley brought a tear to my eye. Someone pass the Kleenex and give me a minute to compose myself......oh the humanity

Funny how all the Power people are on here bashing Kid, but obviously he still has friends there or he wouldn't have been sent a copy of the email. Bruce is a chump and always has been. He's good at what he does but sometimes that's just not the bottom line.
