On NFL games, do he networks sometimes switch games because of blowouts?

I do know that in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania market area must show all Ravens road games(unless one of them are switched to Fox), even though the Steelers have a pretty big fanbase. Same thing in Erie, they must broadcast all Bills away games for the same reason.

because they are classified as secondary markets and therefore MUST show the road games.
