ON TV Subscription TV

Awhile back there was interest in seeing the changeover from commercial programming to the Subscription programming of a pay TV service called ON TV.

I have finally copied what I recorded and have that video available.

Are the people that wanted to see that video still around, and do they still want to see it?

Is You Tube the best place to upload to, or is there another website?

Thanks.

Mike

YouTube seems to be best known. Wherever you put it, you might also provide an external link to it from Wikipedia's ON-TV article.

I didn't know Wikipedia had an article about ON TV. ;-)

I asked about other locations since You Tube is continually on the lookout for copyrighted material and deleting same.

Even though the material I'm going to post is over twenty years old, the station I recorded is still on the air and using the same call sign.

Just trying to be careful.

I'll post it soon.

I'm not sure what this is supposed to mean. ???

You asked if YouTube was best or if there were other sites. You said nothing about potential problems with YouTube. I apologize for trying to help.

Exactly what is up with You Tube? Are they now allowing a "fourth party" to claim copyright violation to get videos removed?

Recently I uploaded a video I did at the radio station I work at. Yet I get an email from them saying my clip was removed because I didn't get permission from "Clear Channel Radio"

True Clear Channel does own some stations in my market BUT they don't own my station, never did so how could they manage to get my clip removed? Weird !!!!

My "I didn't know Wikipedia, etc." was in response to put a reference on Wikipedia. The spread out words are supposed to be a comic effect, but in print it doesn't translate. (If I could think of the character that would read it I could add that.) ;-)

Anyway...

Mike

Yes, I'm still interested in seeing it. you tube would be the best and most well known place to post it.
